NF EN ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005:

SIEPEL owns NF EN ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005 accreditation, which covers the following measurements on shielded rooms and anechoic chambers:

  • Shielding effectiveness (from 10 kHz to 40 GHz) in accordance with EN 50147-1 standard
  • Quiet zone (from 30 kHz to 1 GHz, and from 1 GHz to 18 GHz) in accordance with CISPR 16-1-4 & EN 50147-2 standards
  • Uniform field area (from 26 kHz to 18 GHz) in accordance with IEC/EN 61000-4-3 standard

Granted by the French Committee for Accreditation (COFRAC), a signatory of the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) Multilateral Agreement, it allows us to deliver recognized measurement reports.

Moreover, for our customers it is a guarantee of the independance and the impartiality of our measurement department, which can intervene for all kind of installations, no matter the brand.

Meanwhile, we remember that the management system requirements in ISO/IEC 17025 are written in language relevant to laboratory operations and operate generally in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001.

REACH Compliance:
EC Regulation No. 1907/2006 (and amendments) covers the registration, evaluation and authorization of chemicals as well as restrictions applicable to these substances. This Regulation applies to the manufacturer, the distributor and the end user.
In this context, SIEPEL is the end user of products that may contain these substances. The manufacturing of our products reflects the current regulations: Our raw materials are compliant to REACH and free of substances in the current list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

RoHS compliance:
Directive 2011/65/EU covers the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
As manufacturer of electromagnetic absorbers and Faraday cages, ROHS directive is not applicable to our products. However, we make sure that the items purchased by our company comply with this Directive.
